1. Seller and acceptance
These terms govern use of buyskillsnow.com and purchases from NGS LAB SOLUTIONS LLC, which operates Buy Skills Now. By purchasing, the buyer agrees to the displayed order terms, applicable product license, refund policy, and these terms.
2. Digital products
Products are digital workflow files and documentation. The product page identifies the included files, advertised compatible hosts, requirements, limitations, price, update entitlement, and support boundary.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in USD unless checkout states otherwise. Applicable taxes, currency conversion, and payment-provider terms may apply. Stripe processes payment; Buy Skills Now does not store complete card details.
4. Delivery
Digital products are delivered through a private, time-limited download after confirmed payment, with a recovery link sent to the checkout email. Buyers are responsible for providing a working email address and keeping private links confidential.
5. License
Purchase grants only the rights stated in the product license. Products may not be resold, sublicensed, published, shared publicly, or redistributed.
6. Buyer responsibilities
The buyer is responsible for host access, source permissions, confidentiality, human review, professional advice, commercial decisions, and lawful use. Product outputs are drafts and may contain errors.
7. Prohibited use
Products may not be used to violate law, contracts, privacy, security, intellectual property, or third-party rights, or represented as professional advice when they are not.
8. Updates and support
Included updates and support are limited to the entitlement shown on the product page and license. No custom setup, integration, consulting, emergency response, or unlimited support is included.
9. Refunds
Refunds follow the published Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights.
10. Warranty disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and digital products are provided “as is” and “as available.” NGS LAB SOLUTIONS LLC disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every host version, or error-free outputs. Mandatory rights that cannot legally be disclaimed still apply.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NGS LAB SOLUTIONS LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill. Our total liability arising from a product or purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that product. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify NGS LAB SOLUTIONS LLC against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person’s rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own unlawful conduct.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access to delivery or support when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security risk, unlawful conduct, or a material breach. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including license restrictions, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—remain in effect.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights, disputes must be brought in the state or federal courts serving Texas, and each party consents to their jurisdiction. Before filing, each party will make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue by email for at least 30 days.
15. General terms
These terms, the applicable license, refund policy, and checkout terms form the agreement for a purchase. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign the agreement without our consent; we may assign it as part of a merger, reorganization, or sale of the business. We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised effective date.
