Information the site may receive
- Basic web request and security information processed by Cloudflare.
- Privacy-conscious page-view and checkout-click analytics if enabled and disclosed.
- Purchase, billing, receipt, and fraud-prevention information processed by Stripe.
- Email, order details, and technical information you provide in a support request.
How information is used
To operate and secure the site, process and fulfill purchases, provide support, handle refunds, distribute eligible updates, comply with obligations, and improve documentation or products.
Payment processing
Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy terms. Buy Skills Now should retain only the purchase information necessary for fulfillment, accounting, support, refunds, and updates.
Support safety
Use fictional or redacted reproductions. Never send client contracts, personal data, passwords, API keys, access tokens, or other secrets. Unnecessary sensitive material should be removed or returned according to the final incident process.
