The important boundary
The Buy Skills Now storefront does not receive or process the contracts, client requests, or other documents you use with a downloaded skill unless you voluntarily send material to support. Do not send confidential documents or secrets to support.
Information the site may receive
- Basic web request, device, and security information processed by Cloudflare.
- Purchase, billing, receipt, tax, and fraud-prevention information processed by Stripe.
- Order email, purchased product and version, payment identifiers, delivery status, refund status, and download activity used to fulfill and support the order.
- Transactional delivery information processed by Resend.
- Email, order details, and technical information you provide through the Zoho-hosted support mailbox.
How information is used
To operate and secure the site, process and fulfill purchases, provide support, handle refunds, distribute eligible updates, comply with obligations, and improve documentation or products.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts and secures the storefront and private downloads. Stripe processes checkout, payment, tax, receipts, refunds, and fraud prevention. Resend sends transactional delivery email. Zoho hosts the support mailbox. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices. We do not sell personal information.
Analytics, cookies, and advertising
Cloudflare Web Analytics helps us understand aggregate page traffic and site performance, including page paths, referrers, device and browser categories, country, and Core Web Vitals. Cloudflare’s Web Analytics beacon does not use cookies or local storage and is designed not to collect personal data or track visitors across sites. It does not receive contracts, source documents, secrets, names, email addresses, purchase details, or product-use content.
Paid campaign pages may offer optional Meta Pixel measurement. The browser Pixel is not loaded unless you choose “Allow measurement” in the consent prompt. When enabled, it may send page, product-view, checkout-start, and verified-purchase events containing a product identifier, product name, price, currency, and order ID. After Stripe confirms a purchase, we may also send the same purchase measurement server-to-server through Meta Conversions API so Meta can deduplicate the browser and server reports. That server event contains the Checkout Session/order ID, event ID, product identifier and name, price, currency, time, and page URL; it does not include buyer names, email addresses, contracts, source documents, secrets, or product-use content. You can decline or clear local browser consent at any time; checkout and core site functions continue without it. Cloudflare Web Analytics and Meta may process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Support safety
Use fictional or redacted reproductions. Never send client contracts, personal data, passwords, API keys, access tokens, or other secrets. Unnecessary sensitive material will be removed or returned through our incident process.
Retention
Order and accounting records are generally kept for up to seven years. Delivery and download records are kept for up to three years after purchase unless needed longer for support, fraud prevention, a legal obligation, or a dispute. Support messages are generally kept for up to three years after the request closes. Security logs are generally kept for up to 90 days, although providers may use different periods for their own legitimate purposes. We may delete or de-identify information sooner when it is no longer needed.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and to appeal or complain to a regulator. These rights may be limited by identity verification, legal obligations, transaction records, security needs, and applicable exemptions. Email support@buyskillsnow.com to make a request; we will verify and respond as required by applicable law.
International processing
Buy Skills Now and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Where required, providers use contractual or other safeguards for international transfers.
