When a full refund is available
Request the refund within 14 calendar days of purchase and meet at least one of these conditions:
- You were charged twice for the same purchase.
- The delivered files cannot be accessed and we cannot provide a working replacement.
- The product is materially different from its published description.
- You cannot install or use it on an expressly advertised compatible host after following the documentation and completing reasonable troubleshooting with support.
What to include
Provide the order email, product version, host and version, exact error, and steps already tried. Do not send a real client contract, secret, API key, or other sensitive source to establish eligibility.
What does not normally qualify
A change of mind, lack of a feature that was never advertised, refusal to follow documented installation steps, or a third-party limitation disclosed before purchase. We may still make a fair discretionary exception.
Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to the purchase.
How to request a refund
Email support@buyskillsnow.com after the mailbox is active. The final policy will state the expected response and processing times.
